Meal preparation
At Lifted Wings, we believe healthy eating should be enjoyable and convenient. Let us support you in achieving your wellness goals! We assist you in planning meals and shopping lists and with visiting shops or buying online groceries. Our trained support workers will also help you eat and drink or assist with PEG feeds if required
